Our son was born around midnight on February 5th, 1975 (western calendar) or 25th day of the twelth Lunar month 1974, at Hiệu Tính Đức Hospital, run by Dr. Châu, located on Nguyễn Trường Tộ Street in Cần Thơ (now Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa and Điện Biên Phủ streets, Cần Thơ). 

While in neonatal care at the hospital, our son was taken and we have been searching for him ever since. We do not know the exact circumstances and the hospital was never able to give us a credible explanation.

We have reason to believe our son was given away to another family or possibly an orphanage.

We are looking to hear from the following people:

1. Any male who is adopted from the Can Tho/Hau Giang area and is born around Feb 1975 (western calendar)

2. Any male who is adopted, is born around 1975 (western calendar) and has some resemblance to members of my family

3. Any male who is adopted from Hiệu Tính Đức Hospital in 1975 (western calendar) or were given away by someone associated with the hospital.

4. Anyone who worked at Hiệu Tính Đức Hospital in February 1975 (western calendar)

5. Any male who is adopted from any orphanage in Can Tho around February 1975 (western calendar)
